Exercise GP Referral Exercise for InActive
I have worked in the fitness industry for many years. I have always taught a varied clientele in relation to fitness. I believed I had a good understanding and ability to cater for their needs. However, in this day and age the needs have been even more varied. I am surprised at how many self referred clients I deal with on a daily basis. Completing the AIQ Diploma in Exercise Referral has given me the skills, knowledge and confidence to cater for my client’s complex needs.

I recommend all centres train up their staff in Exercise Referral whether they run a scheme or not. Instructors learn the soft skills as well as the effects of medication and how to adapt their teaching in order to fully support the client.
