Mental Health
Every individual is somewhere on the mental health continuum, just as they are in terms of physical health. With poor mental health costing employers anywhere between £33 billion and £42 billion per year (Deloitte, 2017) it makes business sense to ensure the mental health of your workforce is given the same priority as Health and Safety, First Aid and other employee welfare provision. By supporting the wellbeing of your team, you can improve productivity and business efficiency as well as improving staff retention and reducing absence rates for your organisation.
