This programme provides employees of all levels with the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to spot the signs, understand and offer support when encountering colleagues and customers with mental health issues.
Unit 1 – Mental Health Awareness is delivered via an eLearning module, with the support of a study book, and provides learners with an understanding and awareness of common mental health disorders and issues.
