Over the years I have gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the fitness and leisure industry, honing my expertise in education and developing qualifications. I have shaped the industry as part of the Skills Active Technical Expert group, presented across the world, been the Director of YMCAfit and I now find myself Founder and Technical Director of Ad-Lib Training. When reflecting on where I began on the gym and studio floor, to where I am now as a business owner, I understand and fully appreciate the needs across the industry spectrum and will continue to support businesses and the community to aid their growth.

Utilising 20 years of health, wellness and fitness sector experience, I have designed, led and managed award winning physical activity training programmes and projects. I specialise in developing innovative and quality training programmes tailored to meet our customers’ specific needs and requirements in any area of physical activity and health behaviour change.
